of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

the product (s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access

Pricing Information
While Backdropsource.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing
information, pricing errors or typographical errors may occur. Backdropsource.in
cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a
product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an
error in pricing or product information, Backdropsource.in shall have the
right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product,
unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item carries
an incorrect price, Backdropsource.in may, at its discretion, either contact
you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless
the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted/confirmed
and Backdropsource.in will have the right to modify the price of the product
and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you
during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
In the event that Backdropsource.in accepts your order the same shall be
debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment
has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Backdropsource.in
dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after
we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit
card account.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation by Backdropsource.in
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to confirm/accept
and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel
any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled
include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors
in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud
avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information
before confirming/accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion
of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your
order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said
amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellations by the customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved
by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of
an order after it has been processed/approved by Backdropsource.in, the
cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value.
Backdropsource.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been
processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Backdropsource.in
and accept Backdropsource.in decision regarding the cancellation.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for
availing of services on Backdropsource.in will be correct and accurate
and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. I.e. in
a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree
and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Backdropsource.in.
Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Backdropsource.in
with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.
Backdropsource.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability
for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise'
shall be exclusively on you.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Service
Backdropsource.in may at any time modify the User Agreement without any
prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement,
we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the
address provided by you while registering on Backdropsource.in. You can
access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Backdropsource.in.
You should regularly review the User Agreement on Backdropsource.in. In
the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue
using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed
to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
Reviews And Comments
Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything
that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide Backdropsource.in, including
without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and
suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential
and non-proprietary, and Backdropsource.in shall have the royalty-free,
worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute,
display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works
from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer,
disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically
become the sole and exclusive property of Backdropsource.in and shall not
be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or
reviews to the Site, you also grant Backdropsource.in the right to use
the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in
connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant
that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and
other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments,
or other Content by Backdropsource.in will not infringe upon or violate

Termination and Effect of Termination

any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of
this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and
Backdropsource.in shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies,
immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and
deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of
this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including
without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date
of termination.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information
due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from
our suppliers, Backdropsource.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Backdropsource.in
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Backdropsource.in
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
charge.
International Access
This Site may be accessed from countries other than India. This Site may contain
products or references to products that are not available outside of India. Any
such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside India.
If you access and use this Site outside India you are responsible for complying
